Delivery and Returns

At Plants the Jewellers, we offer three delivery options which are as follows…

Special delivery (Next day delivery, insured) – £7.25

Standard delivery (3-5 working days, not insured) – £3.95

Local pickup (collection from store) – FREE

We will endeavor to post your items within these times, however we will not be liable for postage delays that are out of our control. Please note that we deliver to mainland UK only. Any orders placed on a Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

We will provide a refund on faulty items after inspection. If the item is not faulty, we will only offer an exchange or credit note for the amount paid. Please note that we do not accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

If an item is faulty, we ask that you post it back to us. We will refund your postage once the fault has been confirmed, with a proof of postage and amount. The return time may vary due to manufacturer delays; however we will contact you to confirm your return date.

In the event of needing a different ring size, please contact us for further details. Note that delivery times may vary due to manufacturer delays.

Sale items: Items purchased in the sale can be returned for credit within 14 days only. Items that are purchased from the sale category may have slight faults, these faults will be listed in the description of the item before purchase. Please note that any other faults not listed will be accepted and sent back to the manufacturer for exchange or repair.
