Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders which are processed by Plants the Jewellers either online or by any other form of communication and form part of the contract between us. Please ensure you read them prior to placing an order.

Payment

Payment for all items is required prior to dispatch. All orders must be paid for in UK Pounds Sterling. Any orders placed on this website use PayPal, alternatively you can contact Plants the Jewellers on 01785 819981 if you wish to order your item using a debit or credit card. Please note we will only ship the item to the card holder’s address. We are unable to accept payment by cheque, postal order, email, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

Out of Stock Items

If the product that you have selected is not available at the time of placing your order you will be notified by email and the order will be cancelled. If any payment has been made by the customer, it will be refunded in full.

Delivery

Whilst we will endeavour to dispatch all goods within 3-5 working days, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods. Once payment has cleared we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, and dispatch by Royal Mail Special Signed for Delivery. It is your responsibility to check your order upon delivery for shortages or damage and contact us immediately should there be any problems. Please note that we deliver to mainland UK only.

Refunds

We will only issue a refund if the item is confirmed to be faulty. Once we have received the faulty item back and confirmed it to be a genuine manufacturers fault, we will offer a full refund including any costs incurred by you for postage.

If you simply change your mind we will offer an exchange or credit note that is valid for 6 months from date of issue.

If the item needs to be exchanged due to it not fitting, such as a ring or chain, please contact us on 01785 819981 or email info@plantsthejewellers.co.uk and we will process your request and inform you of delivery times.

Returns

Returned items must be in the original un-damaged packing and in original condition.  All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, and we strongly advise customers to use an insured delivery service. The cost of returning all items are the responsibility of the customer unless faulty. If the item if faulty, your postage will be refunded in full with a proof of postage receipt.
