A New Way to Shop

We've embraced the new challenge and have worked hard to make sure you feel safe in our shop. We have new screens hanging above each counter, our staff wear face shields, we have hand sanitizer available. 

Should you still not feel you wish to pop in we wont take it personally, we know the ever changing rules and local lock downs can be daunting and difficult to follow! Therefore we have come up with a few ways you can still shop with us!  

Virtual Appointments

If your unsure about coming in, in an at risk category or self isolating we can help. A virtual appointment can easily be arranged, let us know what time and method suits you and we will be there!

Home Delivery

If you have purchased online or over the phone, had something repaired, or bespoke designed. We can deliver your item. Free local non-contact delivery, this includes items we have repaired for you! 



Heres some FAQ's about coming to see us regarding the new government restrictions and guide lines. 

1. When can I visit? 

We are open on our usual opening times; 9:30 5:00 Monday - Friday. Closed Sundays.

2. Do I have to come alone?

We are operating on 2 Customers at a time in line with government guidelines and the size of our shop. 

We know some decisions can't be made alone when it comes to some items of jewellery I.E weddings rings or anniversary presents. We would advise to keep this to absolutely essential people, and if you need to bring children to keep them under close supervision. 

3. Can I browse and try items of jewellery on?

Yes, you can browse. Should you wish to try an item on, our sales team with put on gloves and any other required PPE and assist you. That item will then be removed and sent for cleaning before it put back out for sale. Earrings as always are not able to be tried on.

4.Are you still doing Ear piercing? 

Yes, as of the 1st August we are resuming ear piercing. Please see our ear piercing page for more information.

5.Are you still changing watch batteries? 

Yes, we may ask you to wait outside or to take a walk to help prevent queuing.
