A New Way to Shop

We've embraced the new challenge and have worked hard to make sure you feel safe in our shop, however now the government have told us we must close for the lockdown. Therefore we have come up with a few ways you can still shop with us!

Virtual Appointments

Many of us have become pros at using Zoom, Facetime, Messenger video, whatsapp and many other types of video call through this to keep in touch with our loved ones and we can now offer this to you as a way to have a conversation with our lovely sales team!
Take your time, be able to view items of jewellery, talk over a valuation, or bespoke design right from your sofa and safety of your own home.
We can follow up your call with designs, photos via email or another call and then post your item out to you without you needing to ever put yourself at risk.

ITS AS EASY AS 1.2.3...

1. Call us or email us requesting a Virtual Appointment.

2. Will will organise a time and type of call you require.

3. Sit back and wait for us to call you at our chosen time. Cup of tea at the ready!

Heres some FAQ's about coming to see us regarding the new government restrictions and guide lines.

1. When can I visit?

As of the 5th November we will be closed to the general public in our shop. Only non-contact online services will be available.

The following questions will apply when we re-open after the lockdown

2. Do I have to come alone?

We are operating on 2 Customers at a time in line with government guidelines and the size of our shop.

We know some decisions can't be made alone when it comes to some items of jewellery I.E weddings rings or anniversary presents. We would advise to keep this to absolutely essential people, and if you need to bring children to keep them under close supervision.

3. Can I browse and try items of jewellery on? Yes, you can browse. Should you wish to try an item on, our sales team with put on gloves and any other required PPE and assist you. That item will then be removed and sent for cleaning before it put back out for sale. Earrings as always are not able to be tried on.

4.Are you still doing Ear piercing?

Yes, as of the 1st August we are resuming ear piercing. Please see our ear piercing page for more information.

5.Are you still changing watch batteries?

Yes, we may ask you to wait outside or to take a walk to help prevent queuing.

Thank You

As with all our new guide lines, we will review them when restrictions are changed and lifted. Please bear with us in this time, its new to all of us and may take some time to get right. We thank you for all of your patience and understanding and can't wait to see you again.
