Virtual Appointments

As part of our new way to shop we are introducing virtual appointments! 

Many of us have become pros at using Zoom, Facetime, Messenger video, whatsapp and many other types of video call through this to keep in touch with our loved ones and we can now offer this to you as a way to have a conversation with our lovely sales team! 

Take your time, be able to view items of jewellery, talk over a valuation, or bespoke design right from your sofa and safety of your own home. 

We can follow up your call with designs, photos via email or another call and then post your item out to you without you needing to ever put yourself at risk. Perfect for those self isolating, or just don't like to queue!
