Delivery and Returns

COVID-19 DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Any item you have purchased via our website, purchased over the phone or by Virtual Appointment are subject to our delivery options below. Also we are offering phone payment and a delivery option for all of our jewellery and watch repairs at the current time should you not wish to come in a collect your item. 

1.If you live in Stone or one of the surrounding villages, we are offering a FREE non-contact doorstep delivery service. Please select the LOCAL PICK UP option at checkout and leave us a note that you would like your item delivered. we will contact you via email to arrange a suitable time.

2. Royal Mail 1st Class signed for, 3-4 days – £4.85. This is for all orders under £50. 

3. Free Postage for all orders over £50. This is 1st Class signed for 3-4 day delivery. 

4. Special Delivery Next Day. This is guaranteed next day Monday-Friday, not including weekends. If you require Saturday guaranteed delivery please contact us and we will try to arrange this as best we can. 

 

We do get all our items to to the post office as soon as possible and you will receive a notification that your item is on its way. We cannot be held liable for delays from the post office due to the on going pandemic as this is out of our control. 

 

A few things to note:

Please note that we deliver to mainland UK only. Any orders placed on a Sunday or bank holiday will not be processed until the following working day.

We will provide a refund on faulty items after inspection. If the item is not faulty, we will only offer an exchange or credit note for the amount paid. Please note that we do not accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

If an item is faulty, we ask that you post it back to us. We will refund your postage once the fault has been confirmed, with a proof of postage and amount. The return time may vary due to manufacturer delays; however we will contact you to confirm your return date.

In the event of needing a different ring size, please contact us for further details. Note that delivery times may vary due to manufacturer delays.

Sale items: Items purchased in the sale can be returned for credit within 14 days only. Items that are purchased from the sale category may have slight faults, these faults will be listed in the description of the item before purchase. Please note that any other faults not listed will be accepted and sent back to the manufacturer for exchange or repair.
