Which metal do I want?
There's alot of options here, Yellow or White gold, Silver, Platinum or Palladium.
We can talk you through all of the options, discussing the advantges of each one with their individual prices. Have you thought about two coloured rings? Or Titanium? We do it all!
We have a very comprehensive selection of samples in all the shapes, sizes, patterns and designs for you to come and try on.
Do I need a shaped to fit band?
If you've got an engagement ring that is shaped or more unusual don't panic! We specialise in creating bespoke 'shaped to fit' bands. We also have some ready made shaped samples for you to try on. Or maybe you just fancy something a bit different? We can work with you to design something really special and unique to you. We have an excellent team of crafts people from the Jewellery Quarter and Hatton Garden to bring your dream design to life!

"Our Staff are highly trained in not only retail, but various areas of the jewellery industry including goldsmithing, design, and gemmology. I personally assure an exceedingly high standard of service, from consultation to delivery. All of our wedding bands are manufactured and hand-finished in the UK.
The diamonds we use are purchased through the Kimberly Process meaning they are not contributing to conflict across the world.
We are also able to create fair trade gold rings, sourced from fair trade mine suppliers. We can also supply Lab Grown Diamonds upon request."

Our TLC Package
Free Re-Sizing
If your ring arrives and not quite the right fit we will re-size it free of charge within two sizes either way. It can also take a bit of getting used to if you've not worn a ring before, so once you've worn it for a while you might find it needs a little adjustment, just bring it back and we will adjust it for free!
Free Engraving
We offer free engraving inside of your bands. Wedding dates, Initials or a few special words are always popular options!
Free Re-Finishing
Over time the appearance of your ring will start to change, it'll will naturally get bumped and scratched or, in the case of white gold, the rhodium plating may start to wear off. We re-finish all our rings for free once a year. We will polish, check all settings if you have diamonds and rhodium plate your bands. Anniversary or special occasion? Get your rings looking their best! It's all done on site so pop off for lunch or a coffee and they will be ready when your are finished.

Do you have any questions?
Is Bespoke more expensive?
No! If we are making a bespoke ring for you, we don't charge any more than we would if you were buying a that exact same ring of the shelf if it existed. The price breaks down to the cost of the Metal and diamonds or gemstones. Yes if you wanted a particulary elaborate ring it is going to be more expensive than a plain band, but we don't charge a design fee! Everything is quoted for well in advance and we work very hard to get you what you want for your desired budget.
How long will it take to get my rings?
It takes 4-6 weeks for the rings to be made. If it is bespoke it can take a little longer if more appointments are needed.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, all we ask for is a 30% deposit then you can choose how to pay the balance. The rings will be stored with us until your big day, so you can the time from ordering until then to pay them off.
Is Independant shopping more expensive than shopping with a large chain?
No, all our of prices are very competitive. Give us a try and see for yourselves.
