We understand how important your jewellery is, and our priority is to keep your treasured pieces wearable and looking their best. While accidents and wear & tear can happen, you can feel confident knowing we are here to support you every step of the way.

Many repairs are carried out within our on-site workshop, while more specialised work is entrusted to a network of highly skilled and reliable craftsmen we have worked with for many years. When items are sent away, they are either personally handled by the goldsmith or dispatched via fully insured, trackable special delivery for complete peace of mind.
