Shipping policy

Any item you have purchased via our website, purchased over the phone or by Virtual Appointment are subject to our two delivery options below. Also we are offering phone payment and delivery option for all of our jewellery and watch repairs at the current time should you not wish to come in to collect your item. 

1.If you live in Stone or one of the surrounding villages, we are offering a FREE non-contact doorstep delivery service. Please select the LOCAL PICK UP option at checkout and we will contact you via email to arrange a suitable time.

2. Royal Mail 3-4 days – £3.95 (please note there is no guaranteed next day service during the pandemic)We will endeavour to post your items within these times, however we will not be liable for postage delays that are out of our control.
